How Delivery Works @ ShopperCrux?

Shoppercrux doesn’t own the delivery of any goods / products to end users doorstep. Respective Sellers will own the delivery of their goods / products to end users doorstep. Delivery charge varies with each Seller.

Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

For example, seller X Rs 30 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500. While, orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free. Please check with individual Sellers to understand their delivery charges

Does Delivery happen 24*7?

No. It depends on the individual Sellers. Delivery happens in maximum three slots in a day

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• The Seller offering the product

• Products availability with the Seller

• The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

What is ShopperCrux’s role in Delivery?

ShopperCrux provides every seller with technology and logistic network to enable delivery to your doorstep. We at shoppercrux will hold the responsibility towards customers to make sure that the right products / goods get delivered to right users at right time.

What if products / goods are not delivered at right time?

End users will have option to reach out to shoppercrux customer care or via mobile app to raise the concern specific to the product and seller. We will coordinate with sellers on any violations

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on ShopperCrux?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on ShopperCrux. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see in the invoice is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Sellers shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the Seller / courier partners time-to- deliver in your location.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

At present, shoppercrux runs on unique concept – Be Local.. Shop Local… Users will be able to see their neighborhood stores in their locations (in and around radius of 4 KM) and will be able to order goods / products if the delivery location is within the definite radius.

Why is the CoD option not offered by few sellers?

Availability of CoD depends on Seller

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Contact shoppercrux Call center number and will arrange a pick-up from either the seller / courier on behalf of you

Can I buy any product from a seller not in the network of shoppercrux and can get delivered through you?

Sorry. We wont deliver if the seller is not in our shoppercrux network
